Carson Daly: We Are Not Amused By Racism
Well, just when I start mellowing about how utterly worthless television is… I get greeted by our favorite seventh-grader, Carson Daly.
And, we were just treated to another boring racist skit guided by Mr. Daly on his enriching program.
In this skit, Carson pretends to call Barack Obama on the phone, and, the Barack impersonator, for a reason I must have missed, goes through a series of nicknames that included “the Obamanator” and “Obombs Over Baghdad.” Now, I don’t have this on tape, but, I do believe that I got that right.
Now, what I want to know is just how and why this sort of so-called subtle racism is acceptable? Oh, yeah, that’s right… there are a lot of racists out there.
