David Beckham Gay Icon Strangeness
Well, folks, my fellow writer on this site Katie is a liberal sort of gal, and, she talks about how homosexuality and bisexuality falls with the normal continuum of human sexuality… and, I can’t argue with that per se. I always found the “homosexuality is a choice” argument to be lacking in substance. It just doesn’t make sense that somebody is going to actively choose a way which will most likely cause them some difficulty (discrimination etc.) in society.
Now that having been said, I don’t have a damn thing against anybody; though, you know… do not invade my personal space or I will fuck you up. When I’m tending bar, I deal with everybody…. everybody! And, as long as people behave, it’s all good. To me it’s not my place to form a judgment based upon skin color or sexuality or religion or what have you…
Gay men will, once in a rare while, sort of flirt with me to test the waters. That’s about the time that I sort of casually mention how much I love pounding my girlfriend doggy style. Just kidding. That’s when I give off the signal, subtly, that I ain’t got nothing against you, but, I just ain’t interested in a meatball sandwich baby.
So, anyway, about metrosexual David Beckham… I just find it a little strange that he does his leg-spreading peenie bulge undie ads and says things like:
“I’m very honored to have the tag of gay icon. Maybe it’s things like (the fact) I like to look after myself, I like to look smart and presentable most of the time.”
Maybe I’m some sort of fuckhead of a neocon or something, but, I just don’t get it ….. a straight guy with his legs spread undie ads honored to be a gay icon.
Not that there’s anything fucking wrong with that.
