Bobby Fischer To Chessboard In The Sky
It was announced today that the Big Daddy of chess Bobby Fischer passed away to the next dimension: that grandiose chess board in the sky. Through the lens of celebrity analysis, Mr. Fischer qualifies as a minor celebrity; and, what’s interesting about him is that in America he’s one of the very few who have gained any type of celebrity status because of intelligence.
That just doesn’t happen much here. No offense, and, multiple sorries to the flag-wavers; but, that’s just the way it is… I didn’t create reality… I just bitch about it.
Anyway, Bobby Fischer was an eccentric fucker as was particularly highlighted in his play against Spassky and company. Fischer took his anti-Americanism a bit too damn far though I must say. The son of a bitch, it’s reported, called the September 11 attacks wonderful news. The fucked-up bastard was also quite the anti-Semite… and, I’ll be the first to say, okay, that’s his right…….. but, his mother was Jewish, and, that just makes Bobby a fucked-up sort of pinhead in my view.
Anyway, rest in peace weird man.
